Support for CV actors
This component includes the following actions: (i) Support to the various CV actors for production
Improved seed and seedlings and the organization of seed sectors; (Ii) Support for the organization and
Training of producers for better structuring of CVs; (Iii) support for equipment
Cooperatives and SMEs in processing units; (V) Strengthening the existing rural finance system
In the technical and financial fields so that it can meet the financing needs of the actors
Of CVs and especially those who do not currently have access to credit (small input starters,
Farmers, rural transporters, processors, and women traders in rural areas). The
(FF) of the existing credit supply will be strengthened in this context by the Project.
